Robot Koch is an awarding artist, producer and composer from Berlin. Recognised as one-of-a-kind, his organic and electronic sound has been described as “wonderful and strange, pop music from the future” by the late John Peel.
His songs have graced soundtracks of various TV shows including NBC’s primetime hit ‘The Blacklist’ and FOX’s ‘Rake’. His tracks have featured on labels such as Sony’s Four Music, Bpitch Control, Project Mooncircle, with his music continuing to resonate with a wider and wider audience. Having toured extensively across the US, Europe and UK, he’s also ventured throughout India, Russia and Asia. On top of these achievement, Robert Koch is also an adept remixer, highly in demand, having remixed artists from across the spectrum including Norah Jones, Bassnectar, and even Max Richter’s version of Vivaldi’s ‘Four Season’.
His latest success, winning the German Music Composers Award in 2014 for Best Electronic Music Composer, only adds to his immense diversity.
Robert Koch is currently based in LA writing his album, alongside projects with artists signed to Universal Music and Sony.
